As the name suggests, multiple files can be repaired at a time with the help of the Multi file mode. Select this option to repair 'n' number of corrupt MS Excel files single handedly. With this mode, the process of again and again repairing many files again and again is reduced.
To repair and recover data from multiple corrupt MS Excel files, follow the below mentioned steps :
Step 2: Activate the Multi File button from the Toolbar or from the File manu of the software
Step 3: Click the Add files button to list corrupt .xls file(s) for repairing. Here select as many files, which are to be repaired.
Step 4: Repair Done message will be popped up when the repairing process gets completed. Now you can view preview of the recovered data and save them at an appropriate location.
Multiple corrupt and damaged MS Excel file(s) have been successfully repaired and data is recovered from them. If you need to repair only one MS Excel file at a time, then select the Single File Recovery Mode from the software.
