Step 2: Click the Select file button to select the corrupt .xls file for repairing process.
Step 3: Select the appropriate corrupt .xls file and Click Open Butten.
Step 4: Click the Recover button to start the process of repairing.
Step 5: The recovered results will be displayed in excel worksheet like view. View and analyze the recovered results and Click the Save button to save the recovered results.
Step 6: While saving the recovered results, you can also define the preferences of saving or not saving the numbers, formulas, merged cells etc by selecting or de-selecting the check boxes.
One corrupted and damaged MS Excel file has been successfully repaired and data is recovered from it. If you need to repair more than one MS Excel file at a time to reduce the repairing time, then select the Multi File Recovery Mode from the File menu of the software.
